摘    要:锦橙(Citrus sinensis Osbeck)采前喷钙,可明显提高果皮、囊壁和果汁中钙的含量,加喷 IAA 后,由于激素的调控,进一步促进钙向果实内部运输,从而促进果实糖分累积,提高 Vc 含量,降低果酸含量.果实中还原糖、固/酸比和 Vc 含量分别与果皮、囊壁和果汁中钙含量呈显著正相关,而果酸含量则与果皮、囊壁中钙的含量呈显著负相关。

Abstract:Ca concentration in peel,cyst wall and fruit juice increaseed significantly by preharvest application of calcium.IAA application stimulated the trnasportation of Ca~(+2)from other parts of the plant to fruit.The treatments enhanced sugar accumulation,increased vitamin C content and reduced acid concentration.Sugar,TSS/acid ratio and vitamin C showed a significant positive correlation with calcium concentration in peel,cyst wall and juice, respectively,while acid concentration in the fruit was found to be negatively correlated with Ca concentration in the peel and cyst wall.
