摘    要:农机购置补贴政策实施10年来,中央政府投入逐年增加,带动了各方面投入的增加,尤其是农民个人投入增加,致使农业机械装备数量增长加快。基于2000—2012年间中国的省际面板数据,估计了中国31个省份农机购置投入与农机总动力增长的数量关系。结果表明,粮食主产区是中国农业机械购置投入大省,也拥有较高的农机总动力,但双对数模型显示,粮食主产区农机总动力增长对农机购置投入增长的敏感程度有明显差异,对此分析了原因,并提出相应对策。

Abstract:With the implementation of allowance for purchasing agricultural machinery in last ten years, the central government investment has been increasing, driving more and more investment from all aspects,especially from farmers. Therefore, it greatly increased the total power of agricultural machinery. Based on the panel data from provinces of China in 2000\|2012,the article estimated the quantity relations between the inputs for purchasing agricultural machinery and the growth of total power of agricultural machinery from 31 provinces in China. The results showed that the most money was spent on purchasing agricultural machines in the main grain regions in China where the total power of agricultural machinery was relatively larger. However,the double\|log model showed that elastic coefficients of total agricultural machinery power to agricultural machinery purchase had obvious difference at in main grain regions in China. We analyzed the reasons and then proposed corresponding countermeasures.
