不同基质对濒危树种景东翅子树扦插生根的影响

摘    要:以濒危树种景东翅子(Pterospermum kinggtungonse)树1年生枝条为插穗材料,用200 mg·L-1ABT1 号生根粉溶液浸泡14 h,应用单因素完全随机区组试验方法,选用河沙、珍珠岩、蛭石、山地红壤4种不同扦插基质,研究不同基质对景东翅子树扦插生根率、不定根生根数、不定根根长、根系效果指数的影响。结果表明,景东翅子树扦插生根类型主要为愈伤组织生根型,兼有皮部生根型。不同基质对景东翅子树扦插的生根率有极显著影响。蛭石为最适宜的基质,其根系效果指数为3.74,生根率85.2%,不定根数1.93条,不定根长11.11 cm。

Abstract:One to two-year old cuttings from endangered tree species of Pterospermum kingtungense were used as the experimental materials to study the effects of different media(such as sand,perlite,vermiculite and red soil) on rooting rate, average adventitious root number,average adventitious root length,and root effective index.Cuttings were treated with 200 mg·L-1ABT1 for 14 h.Single factor randomized block design method was applied.The rooting of P.kingtungense cuttings mainly belonged to callus rooting type,and bark rooting type appeared occasionally.The optimum medium was vermiculite with the root effective indexes of 3.74,rooting rate of 85.20%,the average adventitious root number of 1.93,average adventitious root length of 11.11 cm,which were significantly different with other treatments.
