浙江农村劳动力教育与农民增收的相关性分析

农村人力资本作为“活资本”，对农民收入的增长具有更高的贡献率。以浙江省为例，利用回归模型，对农民文化水平与农民收入、农民工资性收入和农民家庭经营收入的相关性进行分析。结果表明：农村劳动力受教育年限分别与农民收入、农民工资性收入和农民家庭经营性收入成正相关关系，而农村劳动力受教育年限对农民工资性收入的影响最显著。

Correlation analysis between education of rural labor and income growth of peasants in Zhejiang

Rural human capital，as a kind of “living capital”，will have a higher contribution rate on income growth of peasants. In this paper，Zhejiang Province was taken for an example，the correlation of peasants educational level and their income，peasants wage income and their household business income were analyzed by using the regression model. The results showed that the positive correlation was not only observed between educational years of the rural labor and peasants income，but also between peasants wage income and their household business income. However，the effect of educational years of the rural labor on peasants wage income was the most significant.
