| 摘 要： | 概述了利用辣椒属种间杂交进行种质创制、传统遗传学研究、遗传图谱构建、基因定位及遗传改良等方面的研究:总结了辣椒属不同种间有性杂交成功的难易、障碍及机制;指出今后辣椒属种间杂交的三个研究方向:开发辣椒栽培种(Capsicum annuum L.)以外的种间有益基因;探索杂种获得的方法并提高其效率;加快杂种获得后的应用研究.

| Abstract: | The researches on interspecific hybridization in Capsicum were reviewed in the aspects of germplasm enhancement, classical genetics, genetic map construction, gene molecular location and genetic improvement, and the difficulty, obstacle and mechanism in interspecific hybridization were also summarized.
