氨基酸对黄瓜枯萎病病原菌生长发育的影响

摘    要:在组培条件下,系统研究了与作物抗病性相关的11种氨基酸对黄瓜枯萎病菌生长发育各项指标的影响.依据各处理对病菌生长发育的影响可将供试氨基酸分为促菌氨基酸和抑菌氨基酸两类;促菌氨基酸包括:天冬氨酸、甲硫氨酸、亮氨酸、甘氨酸、苯丙氨酸、组氨酸;抑菌氨基酸包括:精氨酸、丝氨酸、谷氨酸、赖氨酸、酪氨酸.两类氨基酸的促进和抑制作用,随处理浓度的增加而增强;促菌氨基酸中天冬氨酸的促进作用不明显,抑菌氨基中谷氨酸的抑制作用相对较弱.在低浓度(0.5 g/L)条件下,与对照相比较,除谷氨酸、赖氨酸、酪氨酸显著抑制病菌孢子的产生外,其他氨基酸对病菌生长发育各项指标影响不显著或呈显著促进作用;在高浓度(1.5g/L)处理条件下,除天冬氨酸外,各处理对病菌生长相应的促进或抑制作用均显著高于对照.

Abstract:In laboratory bioassays,effects of 11 kinds of amino acids associated with resistance on growth and development of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.Cucumerinum were studied.The results showed,according their effects on Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.Cucumerinum,amino acids tested were divided into promoting amino acids and inhibitory amino acids.Promoting amino acids included Asparagine,Methionine,Leucine,Glycine,Phenylalanine and Histidine.Inhibitory amino acids included Arginine,Serine,Glutamicacid,Lysine and Tryptophane.The promoting or inhibitory action increased with treatment concentration increased.The promoting action of Asparagine was not obvious among promoting amino acids,the inhibitory action of Glutamicacid was relatively weak.Compared to control,except Glutamicacid,Lysine and Tryptophane inhibited the spore germination significantly(p<0.05),other amino acids showed no significant effect or significant promoting effects on growth and development of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.Cucumerinum at lower treatment concentration(0.5 g/L)(p<0.05).At higher treatment concentration(1.5 g/L),compared to control,except for Asparagine,other amino acids all showed the significant promoting or inhibitory effect on Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cucumerinum(p<0.05).
