美国黄松异砧嫁接繁殖研究

摘    要:以2年生的油松为砧木,4年生的美国黄松侧枝为接穗,列影响嫁接成活率的嫁接方法、嫁接技术、嫁接时间、接穗处理、砧木年龄、气象因子等因素进行研究。结果表明:松树嫁接以形成层对接法最好;嫁接技术的熟练程度严重影响嫁接成活率;嫁接时间以3月中旬效果最好;砧木年龄以5年生以下的油松为好;阴雨天气嫁接成活率比晴天高;嫁接后进行套袋保湿处理可显著提高嫁接成活率,成活率可达50%。

Abstract:Using 2-year-old Pinus tabulaeformis as stock and the branches of 4-year-old Pinus ponderosa as scions, the factors affecting the survival rate of grafting such as grafting method, skill, time, scion treatment, stock age and weather condition were all studied. The result shows that: (1) the best grafting method is the butt welding of pith cambium; (2) the grafting skill severely affects the survival rate; (3) the optimal time of grafting is around the middle of March, (4) the age of rootstock should be under 5, (5) the grafting survival rate in cloudy and rainy days is much higher, (6) the grafting survival rate could reach 50% by covering the scions with membrane.
