黑鲷消化酶活性的初步研究

摘    要:测定了黑鲷3种消化器官中消化酶的活性及pH对3种消化酶活性的影响.结果表明,从黑鲷的胃、肠和肝胰脏中均可以检测出蛋白酶、淀粉酶和脂肪酶的活性.在胃pH为2.5,肠、肝胰脏pH为7.5的条件下,蛋白酶活性由高到低顺序为:胃>肠>肝胰脏;淀粉酶活性由高到低顺序为:肝胰脏>肠>胃;脂肪酶活性由高到低顺序为:肠>肝胰脏>胃.胃的蛋白酶、淀粉酶和脂肪酶的最适宜pH分别为2.0、5.0和4.0,均为酸性;肠和肝胰脏的蛋白酶、淀粉酶、脂肪酶的最适pH分别是7.0、7.0、7.5和7.5、7.0、7.0,均为中性或弱碱性.

Abstract:The activities of digestive enzymes in 3 alimentary organs and the effect of pH upon them in Sparus macrocep were determined. The result showed that the protease activity was stomach > intestine > hepatopancreas; the amylase activity was hepatopancreas > intestine > stomach; the lipase activity was intestine > hepatopancreas > stomach in normal pH in (S.macrocep). The optimum pHs of protease, amylase, lipase were 2.0, 5.0, 4.0 in stomach, and 7.0, 7.0, 7.5 in intestine and 7.5, 7.0, 7.0 in hepatopancreas respectively.
