鸡人工感染传染性喉气管炎病毒后气管病理组织学观察

目的]观察鸡人工感染传染性喉气管炎病毒后气管病理组织学变化,为人工制造鸡传染性喉气管炎病例模型方法研究提供参考。方法]以健康鸡为对照,应用滴鼻、点眼及气管滴入方式同时进行感染,每只鸡接种100 TCID50传染性喉气管炎病毒液0.5 m l,研究感染鸡的病理组织学变化。结果]结果表明,按上述方法对鸡进行人工感染后,鸡能够产生所报道的病理变化。结论]该研究的人工感染方式所引起发病的鸡可以作为患传染性喉气管炎鸡的模型。

Observation of Histopathology of Chickens Infected with Infectious Laryngotracheitis Virus(ILTV)

Objective] The research aimed to observe the histopathology of chickens infected with infectious laryngotracheitis virus(ILTV),providing references for the way to make chicken model on infectious laryngotracheity.Method] With healthy chicken as CK,each of chickens was infected with 0.5 ml of 100 TCID50 ILTV by dropping the nose and the eye and the trachea,the histopathological change of the infectious chickens was studied.Result] The results showed that the trachea of chickens could came into being the same phathlogical change as somebody had reported according to the above infectious methods.Conclusion] The chickens infected by the infectious methods reported in the study can be used as the model chickens infected the ILTV.
