摘    要:研究了以Al2(SO4)3为改性剂对钠基膨润土改性后的吸附去油性能。经过正交试验,选出了优化工艺条件;讨论了各个合成因素对改性膨润土除油效果的影响;室温下最佳用土量为6·8g/L、pH值为7~12、搅拌时间为3min时,改性膨润土对乳化油废水除油率可达98·9%以上。

Abstract:Al_2(SO_4)_3 is used as a modifier to study the oil removal property on the modified bentonite.Through orthogonal experiments,the optimal technical conditions are selected.The effect of each synthesis factor on the oil removal efficiency of the modified bentonite is discussed.The optimal bentenite usage of 6.8 g/L and pH of 7~12 and blending time of 6 m are selected and its oil removal rate is more than 98.9%.
