| 摘 要： | 介绍一种快速、简便、可靠的筛选麦角固醇高产酵母菌株的方法。将自溶后的酵母菌用超声波破碎，用乙醚萃取其所含麦角固醇，利用乙酸酐在酸性条件下与麦角固醇生成绿色化合物的原理，可直接根据绿色深浅来判断菌株的优劣。

| Abstract: | A rapid, simple and reliable method for the selection of ergoste-rol-producting yeast was reported in this paper. The yeast was broken with ultrasonic wave, the ergosterol in which was extracted with ether. According to the principle of the gree compounds production of acetic anhydride and ergosterol in acid solution the good or bad yeast trains could ditermine directly on the basis of the deep or light gree. |
