| 摘 要： | 近几十年,我国市场经济繁荣发展,但与之形成鲜明对比的是日益恶化的环境,环境问题成了亟待解决的难题。国家（地区）在环境管理中起着至关重要的作用,国家（地区）行使着环境管理权,但我国的环境管理体制还存在诸多问题,需要借鉴西方先进的环境管理体制,发挥我国环境管理的特色。 |

| Abstract: | In recent decades,our country's market economy is enjoying a boom which standing in vivid con-trast against gradual deterioration of environment.Therefore,the latter is becoming a big problem demanding prompt solution.Countries(regions)play an important role in environment and exercising the power of environ-mental management.However,there are many problems in our country's environmental control system,so ad-vanced system of western country should be learned and introduced to feature Chinese characteristics of environ-mental management. |
