实施流域可持续发展的综合治理指标评价

应用综合治理指标评价体系，对湖北省宜昌县乐天溪流域实施可持续发展的综合治理效益指标进行评价，其结论是:总效益指数为0.826，效益良好，尤其是经济效益和削洪减沙效果十分显著，但从分项指标看出土壤肥力、土壤侵蚀的控制、人均纯收入等指标尚有待提高。

The Appraisal of Comprehensive Harnessment Index on Execution of Sustainable Development

Letian Brook watershed belongs to the area of Yichang in Hubei province,which isbeing harnessed under the guide of the long term development plan. Applying the evaluated in-dexes of comprehensive harnessment,we make adequate analysis and draw a conclusion that theindex of the total benefits is 0. 826,and the benefits of the watershed’s comprehensive harnessment are good in particular,the economic benefits and the effect of flood control are very obvious,but based on classification indexes,we know that indexes such as the soil fertility,the con-trol of soil loss and people’s average incomes are expected to be improved.
