山西省优质小麦生产现状与展望

对山西优质小麦的育种、品种品质以及生产现状进行了研究,结果表明:①山西省育出了不少优质专用小麦品种,与国内品种比较,品种品质属中上乘水平,但从整体水平看,与国家标准及进口小麦相比还有一定差距;②这些优质小麦品种数目不多,而且大都品质不稳定,农艺性状差,生产上不能形成规模;③山西省优质小麦面积小,远远不能满足市场需求;④山西省优质小麦品质区划及审定工作不完善。同时,针对存在的问题,对山西省优质小麦的发展进行了展望。

Present Situation and Porspects of the High Quality Wheat in Shanxi Province

The author studied the current situation of wheat breeding, quality of varieties and production and the results show that:①Shanxi has got some special usage wheat varieties which are fine quality compared with other varieties in our country, but there is gap with the national standard and the wheat imported. ②Those varieties are too few to meet production needs and not to mention they are poor stabilization in quality and are of poor production performances, and it is difficult to extend into a large scale. ③The cultivation area of high quality wheat is too small to meet the market demands. ④And the standards for fine quality wheat zoning and the appraising needs to perfect. At the end, the authors made some very good prospects for future development of the high quality wheat in Shanxi province.
