| Abstract: | The managing organization of Xuanwei City is divided in six levels from top to bottom, group of natural forest conservation program and returning agricultural land to forest land or grass land, natural conservation office, forest guarding team, sub forest guarding team, forest guarding squad, forest guards. Obligations, targets and duties of each level were clarified. Guidelines and rules were made for attendance check, encouragement and penalty. |
