控释肥包衣剂的控释性能研究

摘    要:
为了探明控释肥包衣剂的控释性能,参考国标GB/T8572-2001对样品进行前处理,测定样品中N、P、K含量,并测定包衣肥中养分初期释放率、微分释放率和养分累积释率。结果显示:包衣肥中养分N、P、K的初期释放率<15%,其中N的初期释放率大于P和K的初期释放率;与未包衣的对照肥相比,包衣肥养分N、P、K的初期释放率均明显降低,包衣肥中养分的释放更均匀平稳,能够满足作物生长中对养分的需求,提高肥料利用率,表明控释肥包衣剂的控释性能良好。

Study on Controlled-release Properties of Coating-agent for Controlled-release Fertilizer
Abstract:
To explore the controlled-release properties of coating-agent, the initial release rate, differential release rate and cumulative release rate of coated fertilizer nutrients were detected. The results showed that the initial release rate of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in the coated fertilizer were less than 15%, and the initial release rate of N was greater than that of P and K. Compared with the uncoated fertilizer, the initial release rate of N, P and K in the coated fertilizer was significantly lower, the coated fertilizer released nutrients more evenly, leading to meet the crop growing demand for nutrients and improve fertilizer use efficiency. The data proved that the controlled-release fertilizer is characteristic of good controlled-release properties.
