| 摘 要： | 农业基础设施一直是我国投资和金融行业的薄弱环节,其发展的滞后势必影响我国建设社会主义新农村的进程。在对农业基础设施产品属性进行分析的基础上,针对我国农业基础设施投融资体制中存在的问题,提出了完善农业基础设施投融资体制的构想。 |

| Abstract: | Agricultural infrastructure has been weak link in the investment and financial.Which hindered the process of new socialist rural development.In the article,based on analysis the attributes of agriculture infrastructure,aimed the problem of investment and financing system of agriculture infrastructure,the concept about the investment and financing system of agriculture infrastructure were put forward. |
