摘    要:用高稳系数(HSC)法鉴定和筛选甜菜优良单胚二倍体亲本,结果表明:二倍体亲本兰26、兰50产质量好,稳定性强;兰25可作为高糖、高抗病的二倍体亲本材料。用HSC法评判甜菜品系的高产稳产性结果简便、可靠。

Abstract:The monogerm diploid sugarbeet lines were identified and selected by high stability coefficient (HSC) method. The results showed that both diploid lines,the Lan26 and the Lan50 were with high yield and quality as well as stability; the Lan25 may be used as a line of high sugar content and high resistance to disease. The HSC method was as a simple and credible way to evaluate high stability of sugarbeet lines.
