油茶产业SWOT分析与发展策略研究

为了更好地促进赣州市油茶产业健康、可持续的发展,本文运用SWOT分析法,对赣州发展油茶产业的优势、劣势、机遇和风险进行全面分析。结果表明赣州市发展油茶产业的优势显著,产业发展过程中重点考虑应采取 SO战略和ST战略,同时也应考虑WO战略和WT战略。同时对下一步如何做好规划布局、发展企业大户、拓展产业链条、完善健全科技支撑、开拓市场营销、增加财政投入等问题提出了科学建议。

SWOT Analysis and Development Strategy of Camellia oleifera Industry

In order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of Camellia Oleifera Industry in Jiangxi, Ganzhou, This paper used the method of SWOT to analysis the advantages, weaknesses, opportunities and risk of Camellia Oleifera industry in Ganzhou .The results showed that there are obvious advantages of Camellia Oleifera industry in Ganzhou. We should not only pay more attention to SO strategy and ST strategy, but also should consider the WO strategy and WT strategy. Also putted forward a scientific suggestion for the next step of how to do a good job of planning and layout, the development of large enterprises, expanding the industrial chain, improve the scientific and technological support, developing the market, increasing financial input and other issues.
