三明市清流县农业技术推广体系建设现状与发展对策

随着中国经济的快速发展，农业经济也取得了很大的进步，这得益于农业技术推广体系的支撑，但在经济体制的不断变革中，农业技术推广体系有些问题也逐渐显现出来。为全面加快推进基层农技推广体系改革与建设，促进三明市现代农业的发展和新型农业推广体系的构建，本研究在分析三明市清流县农业技术推广体系建设现状的基础上，指出清流县农业技术推广存在的主要问题，即农业技术推广队伍建设落后、资金投入不足、管理体制不顺、机制不灵活、方式方法不活等，为完善农业技术推广体系建设，针对这些问题从体制创新、队伍建设、经费投入、创新方式方法等方面提出了相应发展对策，以促进农村经济的快速发展。

Agricultural Technology Promotion System: Current Situation of Construction and Development Countermeasures in Qingliu, Sanming

With the rapid economic development in China, agricultural economy has made great progress, benefiting from the support of agricultural technology promotion system, but in the economic system transformation, some problems of agricultural technology popularization promotion system have also been revealed. To accelerate comprehensive reform and construction of grass root agro-technique extension system, and promote modern agriculture development and build a new type of agricultural promotion system in Sanming, on the basis of the status quo of the agricultural technology promotion system construction in Qingliu, Sanming, this study pointed out main problems of agricultural technology promotion in Qingliu, namely, the backward of team construction in agro-technical promotion, insufficient capital investment, rigid management system and mechanism, and undiversified methods of work. Then, we put forward the development countermeasures from the aspects of system innovation, team construction, investment and innovation approaches, aiming to improve agricultural technology promotion system construction and facilitate the development of rural economy.
