| Abstract: | By using the method of enzymolysis-flame drying-Giemsa staining in the process for prepairing slides, we gained a dispersed, flat, distinct chromosome image. This method is applicable to the mulberry tree karyotype analysis as well as to the mulberry tree chromosome banding pattern study. |
