| Abstract: | In the 21st century,the talents play the more and more vital role.With the talent economical coefficient,the talent marginal output value and the talent economical elasticity,in this article the appraisal and the analysis of the talent economic value of Jiangsu in the 21st century was conducted and some feasible countermeasure were proposed to promote the economy development of Jiangsu. |
