小波分析在刀具磨损状态检测中的应用

摘    要:提出一种基于小波分析的声发射刀具磨损状态的判别方法,将占有声发射信号主能量的频段区间提取出来进行信号重构作为识别刀具磨损状态的特征向量。实验证明,该方法具有较高的准确性。

Abstract:A method of distinguishing of acoustic emission tool wear state based on wavelet analysis is presented.The frequency band interval occupying the main energy of acoustic emission signals is extracted for signal reconstruction which is used as the eigenvector for distinguishing tool wear state.The experiment shows that the method features high accuracy.
