不同产地蜂胶的抗氧化活性

不同地区生产的蜂胶,由于其化学成分不同,因而抗氧化活性也不同。比较了产自阿根廷、澳大利亚、巴西、保加利亚、智利、匈牙利、新西兰、南非、泰国、乌克兰、乌拉圭、美国、乌兹别克斯坦以及中国(河北、湖北和浙江)的蜂胶乙醇提取液的抗氧化活性以及总酚酸类、黄酮类的含量,结果表明:产自阿根廷、澳大利亚、中国、匈牙利以及新西兰的蜂胶醇提取液具有很强的抗氧化活性,并且抗氧化活性与其总酚酸类及黄酮类含量相关,其中主要的抗氧化组分为堪菲醇和咖啡酸苯乙酯。

Antioxidant Activities of Propolis of Various Geographic Origins

The antioxidant activities of propolis of various geographic origins are vary because of their various chemistry components. In this article, we reviewed the antioxidant activities of propolis extracted by ethanol from Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Bulgaria, Chile, Hungary, New Zealand, South Africa, Thailand, Ukraine, Uruguay, United States, Uzbekistan and China (Hebei, Hubei, and Zhejiang),were compared and compared the quantity of polyphenol and falvonoid. The results showed that propolis extracted by ethanol from Argentina, Australia, China, Hungary and New Zealand had relatively strong antioxidant activities, and were also correlated with the total polyphenol and flavonoid contents. Propolis with strong antioxidant activity contained antioxidative compounds such as kaempferol and phenethyl caffeate.
