| 摘 要： | 探讨了建立以基础地理信息数据为依据的一体化管理系统的设计思路，对基于基础地理信息数据的一体化管理系统设计的目标进行了分析，明确了多用途城乡一体化地籍管理信息系统数据库结构，设计出城乡一体化地籍管理业务流程和M—ICMIS系统总体结构，最后对以基础地理信息数据为依据的一体化管理系统的发展趋势和作用进行了分析。

| Abstract: | Multipurpose integration of urban and rural cadastral management information system(M-ICMIS) was pointed out in this article.M-ICMIS was based on the basic geographic information database.Detailedly,the system design project including system design object,data base structure,system architecture of M-ICMIS was explored on the basis of urban and rural areas integrating land management operation flow design.Finally,the developing trend of M-ICMIS by basic geographic information data was discussed. |
