| 摘 要： | 利用7个中国地方猪种、2个西方商业品种及1头东北野猪，通过设计2对引物，采用测序的方法研究猪心脏型脂肪酸结合蛋白（heart fatty acid-binding protein,H-FABP）基因启动子区1553 bp多态性，结果发现，在该基因启动子区存在18个SNPs位点，位点间的平均遗传距离为81.7 bp，其中江海型猪的多样性最低（0.18%），华北型猪种多样性最高（0.34%）；NJ进化树分析结果发现，地域相近的猪种并不能完全聚在一起。本研究结果为进一步研究H-FABP基因与肉品质性状的关联性奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | In the current research, single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in heart fatty acid-binding protein(H-FABP) gene promoter region (1553 bp) were screened in 7 Chinese indigenous pig breeds, 2 Western commercial pig breeds and 1 wild boar in Northeast of China. The results showed that 18 SNPs were found and the average distance among these SNPs was about 81.7 bp. The nucleotide diversity(π) was ranged from 0.18% (Jianghai type) to 0.34% (North China type). The NJ tree obtained for H-FABP did not show a geographical arrangement for the gene. |
