| 摘 要： | 运用新的模型论述农村剩余劳动力不断涌入城市使城市劳动力市场的供需形成动态的均衡,社会就业量和工资不断提高,导致社会需求增加,从而劳动力需求也增加。经济的良性循环需要生产技术的不断提高以及农村人口的合理引入。

| Abstract: | In this article a model of the dynamic equilibrium in the city labor market was cited when the rural labors entered.The author considered that this course conduced to the increase of employment and wage,which led to the need in products and then the need in labor.Such a good economic cycle depended on the improvement of the technology and rational ingress of country labor. |
