LG-0.2型双联式真空冷冻干燥设备的设计与试验

摘    要:结合LG型冻干试验机的工作原理及结构特点,优化设计出双联式真空冷冻干燥设备。采用一台电机带动,两个捕集器内置的干燥仓体结构,可交替使用进行对照试验,避免了等待融冰的时间。采用3因素2水平L_8(27)正交试验得出草莓解析的优化参数:质量为3 250 g,真空度为84 Pa,搁板温度为75℃。并分析了不同干燥温度对冻干草莓含水率的影响。

Abstract:The combination of the LG-type freeze-dried test machine works and structural characteristics,a double-vacuum freeze drying equipment is designed.With a motor driven and two traps built,dry warehouse structure can be used interchangeably for controlled trials to avoid the time waiting for the ice melting.Through L_8(2~7) orthogonal tests,the parameters of strawberry analysis are optimized as follows:the weight for 3 250 g,vacuum for 84 Pa,shelf temperature of 75℃. Meanwhile,the influence of different drying temperature on freeze-drying strawberry moisture content is analyzed.
