加快农业商品基地建设--以高安市为例

在发展农村社会主义市场经济推进农业生产化和专业化经营、提高农业组织化程度、增强农产品市场竞争力、应对农业国际化挑战的进程中,寻求适应和推动农业向商品化、市场化、专业化、产业化方向发展的有效生产形式和生产途径,是深化农村改革的重要课题。商品生产的特点就是要在分工分业的基础上进行专业化、基地化、社会化、现代化生产,这就必须逐步改变当前农业上仍然存在的“小而全”的传统生产状况,克服农业生产经营过程中分散化、小型化、低效率和低效益的问题。农业商品基地的建设,正是适应了商品生产的这种要求,并能有效地解决农业进一步发展进程中出现的矛盾和问题。以高安市为例．分析农业商品基地建设的重要意义以及提出加快农业商品基地建设的对策和思路。

Construction of Farm Commodity Base--Taking Gao'an City As an Example

In the process of developing socialist market economy in the rural areas promoting industrialied and specialized management of agriculture, strengthening organization of agriculture so as to improve the competitive power of farm products in the market and meet international challenge, the major problem in the reform in the rural areas is to search for effective productive pattern and productive ways for agriculture to develop in the direction of commercialization, marketing, specialization and industrialization. Commercial production is characteristic of specialization, socialization and modernization with proper bases under division of labour and trade. Therefore the existing traditional produtive pattern which is "small but complete" must be changed and the problem of scaltered, small-scaled production with low efficiency in the management of agricutural production must be solved. The construction of farm commodity base meets the need of commercial production and will effectively settle contradictions and solve problems in the developing process of agriculture. This paper, taking Gao'an City as an example, analyzes the significance of the construction of farm commodity base and puts forward some strategies for the construction.
