| 摘 要： | 监利猪是＂华中两头乌猪＂的一个地方品群，以皮薄、肉嫩、易饲养而享誉海内外，被列为世界十大名优猪种，但腿臂不够丰满，体质结构疏松。今后应加强选育和利用，使其广泛地应用于养猪生产。

| Abstract: | The Jianli pig is one of the local breeds in ceatral China which belongs to the Liangtouwu pig breed. It is famous both at home and abroad for its thin skin,tender meat and easy management. It is classified as one of the ten excellent pig breeds in the world. But its ham and rump are not full and the con formation is loose. In the future,they should be futher selected and utilized so as to be more widely used in pig production. |
