摘    要:为了探讨弄岗唇柱苣苔、药用唇柱苣苔和红苞半蒴苣苔3种广西珍稀濒危药用苦苣苔的引种驯化技术,为其资源的有效保护和利用提供科学依据,通过假山和花盆栽培,采用扦插繁殖和组织培养方法,对3种药用苦苣苔进行繁殖试验,调查不同方法的成活率和植株生长特性.结果表明,3种药用苦苣苔引种到南宁南亚热带季风气候区的自然条件下,引种地栽培的成活率均为100%,除了红苞半蒴苣苔在过于荫蔽的地方栽培时开花不能结实外,其他两种植株的能正常生长,开花结果;采用扦插繁殖和组织培养的方法进行繁殖,扦插繁殖成活率能达到60%以上,组织培养生根率达100%,扦插繁殖简便,材料充足,易开花结实.

Abstract:The paper studied the introduction and domestication techniques of three species of Gesneriaceae including Chirita longgangensis, C. medica and Hemiboea rubribracteata, rare and endangered medicinal plants in order to provide reference for the effective protection and use of resources. Breeding experiment was conducted using cultivating rockery and flower pot, by cutting and tissue culture for the plants, investigated the survival rate and growth characteristics. The results showed that the survival rates of the three species of medicinal Gesneriaceae were 100% in the experimental places.They could grow normally, blossom and bear fruit, except that H. rubribracteata could not fruit at top shadedby places.They could breed by cutting, seed propagation and tissue culture methods, and the cutting survival rate reached above 60%, rooting rate reached 100%. Cutting propagation is simple, has adequate materials and is easy to flowering and fruiting.
