| 摘 要： | 选用192只平均体重接近的云南武定鸡，随机分为3组，分别饲喂3种不同蛋白水平饲粮：17、50％，18．00％和19．50％，探讨饲粮蛋白水平对31—60日龄云南武定鸡生长性能及血液生化指标的影响。试验结果袁明：增加饲粮蛋白水平可以提高日增重和降低料重比，提高生长性能，但差异不显著（JP〉0．05）；对血液中瘦素、L和胆固醇含量有显著影响（P〈0．05），对其他各项血液生化指标均无显著影响（P〉0．05）。

| Abstract: | A total of 192 Yunnan Wuding chicks were randomly divided into 3 groups and fed with 3 diets with different protein levels, 17.50%, 18.00% and 19.50%, respectively. Effects of dietary protein levels on growth performance and blood biochemical indexes of Yunnan Wuding chicks from 31 to 60d of age were studied. The results showed that： With increasing protein levels, Yunnan Wuding chicks tended to have greater daily gain and growth performance, and F：G tended to decrease, but there was no significant difference（P〉0.05）. Serum Leptin, T3, and cholesterol contents were significantly effected with increasing protein levels（P〈0.05）, while protein levels did not cause differences in others blood biochemical indexes（P〉0.05）. |
