玉米多元醇生产及使用产生的环境影响研究

目的]研究利用玉米制备多元醇及多元醇使用对环境的影响，为开发利用可再生生物质资源代替传统化石资源提供思路。方法]采用系统动力学模型，对玉米制备多元醇工艺整个生命周期的温室气体排放、废水、废气、固体废弃物和噪声影响进行了仿真分析。结果]多元醇制备过程产生的环境影响比重较大；与石油产品多元醇相比，玉米多元醇能够在一定程度上降低能源消耗，减少环境影响。『结论]应积极推进玉米多元醇催化反应、氢裂解反应条件控制等技术改进，以促进新型生物能源的可持续发展。
