芦荟对锦橙贮藏保鲜效果的影响

摘    要:试验采用芦荟汁处理锦橙果实,探索芦荟在水果保鲜上的作用.结果表明,用芦荟汁处理的果实酸度、VC、可溶性糖、可溶性固形物含量的保存率分别比对照高21.39%、6.88%、29.05%、6.18%;果实腐烂率与水分散失率分别比对照降低11.30%、0.63%;果实代谢增强,而相对电导率降低,芦荟对锦橙果实具有保鲜效果.

Abstract:The fresh-keeping effects of Aloe on jincheng orange fruits are studied in this paper. The results showed that the content of VC, soluble solids, total sugar and organic acid of treated fruits increased 21.39,6.88,29.05 and 6.18 percent respectively than contrast,the rotten fruit rate and loss of water are decreased 11.30 and 0.63 percent, the respiratory rate increased and the relative electric conduction rate reduced. Therefore, Aloe has great fresh-keeping effects on the jincheng orange fruits.
