| 摘 要： | 人力市场竞争日趋激烈,给大学生就业造成很大的压力。图书馆应转变服务理念,适应社会经济发展变化,开展特色服务,提高大学生综合素质,增强竞争力,使之脱颖而出,实现就业;图书馆还应该根据大学生就业需求,拓展就业信息,为大学生就业探新路。
