履带式车辆半主动悬架模糊控制研究

摘    要:在1/2车体振动模型的基础上,采用模糊控制策略,建立了履带式车辆的半主动控制系统,设计了基于P89V51RD2为核心的单片机控制器,并进行了台架试验。仿真和台架试验结果表明,模糊控制器能有效地控制半主动悬架系统,半主动悬架在减少振动,提高乘坐舒适性方面优于传统的被动悬架。

Abstract:Based on the half vehicle vibration model,the semi-active control system of track vehicle was established by using fuzzy strategies.The controller which took P89V51RD2 as its core was designed.Based on these,rig tests were carried out.The simulation and rig test results show that fuzzy controller can control the semi-active suspension effectively,the performances of the semi-active suspension are much better than that of traditional passive suspension in the riding comfort.
