摘    要:柞蚕是我国的传统资源昆虫,柞蚕化性与其生产之间有着密切的关系。本文主要回顾了在柞蚕化性的地域分布、影响柞蚕化性的因素及其规律、柞蚕化性的继代表现、柞蚕化性遗传力及遗传基因分析等方面的研究进展,总结了适应不同化性地区的柞蚕化性改良的品种选育情况,并指出今后只有将分子遗传学技术与常规育种手段相结合,才能选育出更优异的柞蚕一化性新品种。

Abstract:Antheraea pernyi is one of traditional resource insects in China.There is a close relationship between tuassh voltinism and its production.In this paper,the progresses of inheritance of voltinism in A.pernyi were overviewed,including regional distribution,influencing factors and rules,subculture performance,heritability and genetic analysis.Moreover,the breeding of varieties with voltinism improvement adapted to different voltine areas was summarized.New univoltine varieties with characteristics of high yield,high quality and disease resistance in bivoltine areas can be bred only by combining the advanced molecular genetics technology with the conventional breeding methods.
