Abstract: | Response surface method was used to optimize main process parameters for the polysaccharides extractions from Astragalus membranaceus fermented by probiotic FGM strain.A regression model equation was fitted.The results showed that extraction time, extraction temperature and solid-liquid ratio were significant factors on polysaccharide content fermented from Astragalus membranaceus and there was interactive effects between every two factors.Polysaccharide content was significantly affected by solid-liquid ratio,followed by extraction temperature and extraction time.The optimum conditions were found to be that the extraction time was 65 min, extraction temperature was 80℃,solid-liquid ratio was 1:9,and the polysaccharide content was 6.72 mg/mL at this condition.The results showed that the model was practical that could provide a base for exploitation new medicine. |
