浅析多元化背景下的大学生价值观教育

随着改革开放的不断深入,经济体制上的转变引起了社会政治、文化等方面的深刻变革,各种社会思潮随之进入,大学生在继承和发扬优良传统的同时,也吸收了一些糟粕,价值观开始由一元化转向多元化。价值观的多元化,迫使大学生的价值观教育必须应对挑战,抓住机遇,紧密围绕培养＂复合型＂人才的思路发展,转变教育观念,提高思想政治教育工作的实效性,构建与时俱进的思想政治教育新模式,为大学生成长成才服务。

With the deepening of reform and open policy,the transform of the economic system has caused deep reform of social politics and cultures,and all kind of social thoughts also entered our society.College students absorbed some dross when they inherited and developed the fine tradition,and their value began transforming from unification to multiplication.Facing values multiplication,to educate college students＇ value we must seize the opportunity and receive the challenge,encircle the thinking of educating compounded talent to develop,change viewpoint of education,improve the actual effect for college students＇ ideological and political education,construct the new model of ideological and political education keeping up with the times,and serve college students＇ growth and success.
