| 摘 要： | 功能性寡糖是指不被人和动物肠道吸收,能促进有益菌的增殖,有益于肠道健康的一类寡糖。本文主要综述了果寡糖、大豆寡糖、甘露寡糖、异麦芽寡糖、半乳寡糖和木寡糖6种常用功能性寡糖的理化性质、作用机理以及在反刍动物营养中的应用。
