摘    要:阐述了一种新兴的基于PCR的微卫星分子标记技术在林木遗传育种中的应用情况及发展趋势.由于微卫星位点多态性高、共显性、中性突变及遍布于整个基因组,因此使之广泛应用于遗传连锁图谱的构建与QTL定位、亲缘关系分析、遗传结构分析、基因流监测、基因突变以及系统发生等领域.文中指出SSR标记可以为林木遗传改良、种质资源保存、濒危物种保护、基因定位及分子克隆等许多应用研究领域提供理论依据,它将是一种近乎理想的新一代的分子标记.

Abstract:Microsatellite (simple sequence repeats, SSR) marker, as a new molecular marker based on PCR, is applicated in tree genetics and breeding. Due to high variation, co-dominant, neutral mutation, rich distribution and easy assay by PCR, SSR is used in many fields of tree genetics and breeding such as linkage maping, QTL location, fingerprint identification, analysis of relationship of species and genetic structure of populations, gene flew monitoring and construction of phylogenetictrees. And SSR can provide the basic data for tree breeding and improvement, conservation of plant plasm resources, protection of extinct species, gene cloning and so on. As a new generation marker, SSR is a ideal marker.
