小麦旗叶与幼苗性状的QTL分析

为挖掘控制小麦幼苗性状与旗叶性状的QTL,并探讨两者的遗传基础,以京冬8号和矮抗58构建的RIL群体(207个家系)为材料,田间试验测定旗叶相关性状,水培试验测定幼苗期相关性状,通过完备区间作图对这些性状进行QTL研究.结果共检测到10个控制旗叶性状的QTL,单个QTL可解释1.98%~9.89%的表型变异,其中有6个...

Abstract:
In order to dissect the genetic basis of seedling traits and flag leaf traits by mapping quantitative trait loci(QTLs) of target traits,RIL population consisting of 207 lines constructed by Jingdong 8 and Aikang 58 was used as materials,The flag leaf traits of RIL populations and their parents were collected in the field,and the seedling traits were determined by hydroponic test.QTLs for these traits were studied by inclusive composite interval mapping(ICIM).The results showed that a total of 10 QTLs controlling flag leaf traits were detected,each QTL explained 1.98%-9.89% of phenotypic variance,and 6 major QTLs were mapped on chromosomes 1A,4D and 5D; 22 QTLs controlling seedling traits were detected,each QTL explained 1.14%-10.52% of phenotypic variance,and 2 major QTLs were mapped on chromosomes 1A and 4D.Expect QTL controlling seedling length on chromosome 3D and QTLs controlling flag leaf area and flag leaf width on chromosome 5D showed partial dominant effect,all the other QTLs showed over-dominant effect.There were pleiotropic molecular markers on chromosomes 1A,2D,4D,5A,5D and 7A,respectively,and the molecular markers(wmc170 and barc308) which tightly linked to QTLs controlling seedling traits on chromosomes 2D and 4D also tightly linked to QTLs controlling flag leaf traits.
