摘    要:目的]研究乌苏里鼠李果红色素的最佳提取条件。方法]在不同浓度盐酸溶液、料液比、浸提温度、浸提时间、浸提级数条件下测定红色素的相对提取率。结果]乌苏里鼠李果红色素的最佳提取条件:0.70%盐酸溶液为浸提溶剂,料液比为5:50,浸提温度为50℃,浸提时间为4h,提取级数为3级。结论]在此条件下,红色素的相对提取率较高。

The Influence of the Different Extraction Conditions on the Relative Extraction Rate of Red Pigment from the Fruits of Rhamnus

Abstract:Objective] The aim of the study was to seek the optimum extraction conditions of the red pigment from the fruits of Rhamnus.Method] Relative extraction rate of red pigment in different conditions was investigated.Result] The optimum extraction conditions of hydrochloric acid solution extraction were 0.70% hydrochloric acid solution;ratio of solid and iquid(5∶50,g/ml);extraction time 4 h at 50 ℃;time of extraction of 3 times.Conclusion] Under these test conditions,the red pigment from the fruits of Rhamnus had high relative extraction rate.
