| 摘 要： | 为解决食用菌生产后废弃物造成的环境污染问题，选取了成都、德阳、雅安等食用菌产地进行调查，研究了四川省食用菌废弃物利用方式的现状。将废弃物利用方式划分为菌渣利用和菌袋利用2种方式，归纳出菌渣利用方式有直接利用、再生产利用和制造新能源、新材料3种方式，分析了以上方式产生的原因和存在的问题，并针对问题从技术、制度、资金等方面提出了相应的对策与建议。

| Abstract: | In order to solve the environmental pollution problem which was created by edible fungus dregs,selecting several edible fungus habitats such as Chengdu,Deyang,Ya'an,the investigation was carried out and the utilization status was studied.The dreg using ways were divided for fungus dregs and fungus bag,and it was concluded that there are 3 fungus dregs using ways: direct using,reproduction using and making new energy/new material.Causes and problems for those ways were analyzed,and several countermeasures were put forward from aspects of technique,system and capital. |
