| 摘 要： | 阐述了万州区农村社区的特点，分析了万州区农村社区建设中存在的问题，并提出了对策：深化认识，加强各级组织管理；统一规划，促进农村全面发展；整合资源，有效使用涉农资金；多方动员，创新资金筹集渠道；加强培训，培育农村社区建设人才。 |

| Abstract: | The characteristics of rural community in Wanzhou and the problems in rural community construction in Wanzhou were studied.Solutions were proposed,such as,to strengthen management,to integrate resources and effectively use agricultural fund;to deploy personnel and create fund sources and to reinforce training and cultivate personnel for rural community construction. |
