泊湖优质沉水植物的移植扩繁效果研究

摘    要:[目的]探讨泊湖沉水植物的移植扩繁效果。[方法]2008~2009年,选择泊湖水深0.5~1.5m的区域作为移植扩繁优质沉水植物示范区,利用播种和网袋垂挂育苗等方法移植扩繁菹草、轮叶黑藻、苦草等优质沉水植物。[结果]当菹草鳞状石芽播种量为15000g/hm^2。时,其扩繁生物量达3935g/m^2。当轮叶黑藻种芽和苦草种子播种量为3750g/hm^2时,移植扩繁区沉水植物群落的总生物量为2573g/m^2,其中轮叶黑藻的平均生物量为1352.5g/m^2,苦草的平均生物量为631.3g/m^2。[结论]选择优质沉水植物菹草、轮叶黑藻和苦草在泊湖适宜水深移植扩繁效果显著。

Study on the Transplantation and Propagation Effects of High-quality Submerged Plant in Bohu Lake

Abstract:[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the transplantation and propagation effects of submerged plants in Bohu Lake.[Method] During 2008-2009,the water area of Bohu Lake with water depth of 0.5-1.5 m was selected as the demonstration area of transplanting and propagating the submerged plants.Using sowing,mesh bag-hanging seeding method and other method,Potamogeton crispus,Hydrilla verticillata,Vallisneria natans and other high-quality submerged plants were transplanted and propagated.[Result] When the sowing rate of P.crispus squamous buds was 15 000 g/hm2,its propagation biomass was 3 935 g/m2.When the sowing rate of both H.verticillata seed buds and V.natans seeds were 3 750 g/hm2,the total biomass of the submerged plant communities in the transplantation and propagation area was 2 573 g/m2.The average biomass of H.verticillata and V.natans was 1 352.5 and 631.3 g/m2 respectively.[Conclusion] It had a significant effect to transplant and propagate high-quality submerged plants P.crispus,H.verticillata and V.natans in Bohu Lake in suitable water depth.
