白兰瓜果腐病优势病菌鉴定及其产孢条件研究

摘    要:
危害白兰瓜果腐病的镰刀菌经鉴定为砖红镰孢(Fusarium lateritium Nees)。碳、氮源对产孢量的影响较大,以乳糖、氯化铵产孢最好,棉子糖、甘氨酸不利于产孢。F.lateritium在pH4.98-9.18均能产孢,但以pH6.24产孢最多。在培养条件和培养基种类的组合试验中,F.lateritium产生孢子的最佳条件为:植物组织(配方2:muskmclon seed 50g,agar 20g,distil water 1000mL)培养基,紫外光处理2h后于20-25℃暗培养。

Abstract:
The superior pathogen of muskmelon fruit rot was identified as Fusarium lateritium Nees. It had different amount of conidia on the different kinds of carbon or nitrogen sources media, conidia occurred best on lactose media and worst on raffinose among 10 kinds of carbon sources media, and the best on NH4Cl media and worst on glycine among 10 kinds of nitrogen sources media. The pathogen could yield conidia when pH were from 4.98 to 9.18 with pH6.24 best. When F. lateritium was cultured on plant texture medium (formula 2:muskmclon seed 50 g,agar 20 g,distil water 1 000 mL) at 20-25℃ in dark after lighted by ultraviolet for 2 hours, it would producing the most conidia.
