| 摘 要： | 小麦品质是一个比较复杂的综合性状,不仅决定于品种的遗传性状,而且与环境因素和栽培措施有关。主要阐述了栽培措施和环境因素对优质强筋小麦品质的影响,并提出了强筋小麦栽培技术体系。
