| 摘 要： | 意思表示是法律行为不可或缺的。传统的民法根据萨维尼的阶段性划分方法把意思错误划分为动机、内容、表示和传达错误,有其合理性。我国民法应在其他国家相关的制度设计上,结合本国国情,建立完善的意思表示错误体系。
