| 摘 要： | 要“林业分类经营的实质是森林分类经营”这一认识基础上，对“林业分类经营”在指导全国和区域林业发展中的地位和作用做了客观和分析和定位，同时提出森林分类经营的理论和技术基础是“森林立地分类”和“森林群落分类”；要实施分类经营，必须建立和完善针对不同林种的森林经营技术体系。文中还对森林永续利用原则的现实意义和法正林理论的核心内容及其在用材林经营中的作用做了充分的肯定。

| Abstract: | Based on the concept that the substance of forestry classified management is classified forest management,the position and effect of forestry classified management in guiding the national and regional forestry development as a macro scale forest management strategy were analyzed.It is also raised that the theoretical and technical basis is forest site classification and forest community classification.In order to implement classified management,it is necessary to establish and improve various forest management systems suitable for different forest categories.The practical significance of sustainable forest utilization and the keypoints of normal forest theory and its application in timber forest management were affirmed. |
